Oops,looks like your Fitmate coach app isn’t installed on your device

Please follow these steps to fix this:

• Make sure that the Fitmate Coach app has been downloaded and installed on your device (Only iOS and Android devices are supported by the app);
• Be sure that you are using the same device that you used on the sign up/login when you are opening the magic link;
• Make sure that you open the magic link via your email app, and not in the browser (You can check how the links are open on the setting of your device)
• Check your Fitmate Coach App settings, and be sure that the app is allowed to open supported links by default (Android). How do I open supported links in an app?
